The NARA Park playground area will be the site of the 5th annual Beach Party. Thanks to the generosity of Roche Bros. and other sponsors, free family fun will be offered. Hula hoop and watermelon contests, a coconut roll, shell hunt, and Polynesian dancing will keep summer boredom at bay for one night!

Movie night/Kids’ night out at 10.0 Academy, 181 Great Road, Stow

The staff at 10.0 will entertain the kids while parents enjoy a date night! The featured film will be Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs. Popcorn will be served. Games and an obstacle course will round out the fun. Kids must be aged 4 or older and be potty trained to attend. Call (978) 897-8184 with any questions. Registration form should be printed, filled out and brought to the movie night. Cost is $20 per child; $3 discount for current gym members.

Bye Bye Birdie, presented by Summer School for the Performing Arts

Friday, July 15, 2011, and Saturday, July 16, 2011, shows at 7:30 p.m.
Participants in Westford’s Summer School for the Performing Arts have been planning and rehearsing this summer’s first show, Bye Bye Birdie, full time for the last three weeks. Directed by Michael Towers, they will take the stage to present this classic in nearby Westford.
Tickets are $10 each for adults; kids aged 15 and under are admitted free of charge.
