Andover Man Indicted in New Hampshire

Hillsborough Superior Court alleges that Richard Santoro sexually assaulted a child.

A local man has been indicted in New Hampshire on sexual assault charges, according to a court document.

Richard Santoro, 23, of Crescent Drive in Andover, MA, was indicted for felony sexual assault and violation of a child protection act.

It’s alleged that on April 12, 2014, at a home in Pelham, he allegedly sexually assaulted a child under the age of 13 when he touched the child. Santoro also allegedly failed to report that sexual abuse had been perpetrated on a child while he was present and failed to report that abuse to the appropriate authorities.

The indictment was handed down in November 2014.
