AUTHOR ALAN LELCHUK TO SPEAK AT HADASSAH SPRING FUNDRAISER APRIL 2

Hadassah Merrimack Valley Spriing Fundraiser will feature Author who wrote "Searching for Wallenberg"



The Merrimack Valley Chapter of Hadassah will hold it's Spring Fundraiser on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Temple Emanuel, 7 Haggetts Pond Road, Andover, 7:00-10:00 PM.
Alan Lelchuk will present the topic, "Searching for Wallenberg: Lost in History-Rescued in Fiction." Mr. Lelchuk is a novelist and professor in the Jewish Studies Department at Dartmouth College. He is author of nine books including, American Mischief and Brooklyn Boy. His novel, Searching for Wallenberg was published in Spring, 2015.
Donations from the event will support our ongoing work for the Hadassah Medical Organization in Israel, and for Hadassah’s projects in Israel, the United States and throughout the world

Founded more than 100 years ago, Hadassah is an American-based volunteer organization that supports medical, educational, environmental and child rescue work in Israel, and offers its more than 300,000 members opportunity for personal growth, education, advocacy and Jewish continuity.


The cost is a $36 couvert, which cover the cost of the food only. Donations are strongly encouraged, and there are several levels of sponsorship.
