The Boston Red Sox Host Second Annual Baseball Winter Weekend

WHAT: Fans and families are invited to a weekend getaway of baseball fun at the second annual “Baseball Winter Weekend,” which includes a Town Hall Meeting with Red Sox leaders, autographs with Red Sox players, and round-table discussions on a variety of baseball topics. It also includes baseball festivities for fans of all ages and clinics for kids with a special appearance by Club Mascot “Wally the Green Monster” and the introduction of his younger sister, “Tessie the Green Monster.”

Panel discussions will take place Saturday, January 23, giving fans an opportunity to hear directly from players and coaches. Panel sessions will include the “State of the Red Sox,” a conversation with President of Baseball Operations Dave Dombrowski and Senior Vice President/General Manager Mike Hazen and “Battery Mates,” with the iconic Red Sox pitcher/catcher duo of Pedro Martinez and Jason Varite, among others. The panel discussions conclude with a Red Sox Game Show where current players will face off against coaches and alumni.

HOW: Tickets and weekend packages, including the option for discounted hotel accommodations, are on sale now at redsox.com/winterweekend. Three-day pass is $60 per adult and $20 for children 14 and under. Toddlers under three are free. Season Ticket Holders’ prices for adults are reduced by $10 and their children’s price for the three-day pass is $8.
