DIDZIS VOLDINS NAMED HEAD OF COMPLIANCE AND INFORMATION SECURITY AT BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD OF MASSACHUSETTS

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (Blue Cross) has recently named Didzis Voldins Vice President of Compliance & Information Security. He is responsible for the company’s commitment to building and leading an organization-wide information security program and team.

“The protection of our members’ privacy and personal information is of our highest concern, and Didzis will work diligently and collaboratively to ensure that all personal information maintained by us is secure and safe,” said Stephanie Lovell, Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. “We look forward to having him guide our executive leadership team and our Board of Directors in developing and implementing a ‘best-in-class’ information security program to protect our company and our members’ information.”

Most recently, Didzis served as the Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer at Blue Cross, leading all aspects of the company’s Corporate Compliance and Privacy Programs. He has been with Blue Cross for more than 10 years.

Didzis received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University and a juris doctorate from Boston University.
