Chinese immersion program for 2 to 6 year olds

A Chinese Immersion program for 2 to 6 year olds is coming to Andover. Through observation, discussion, movement, singing, storytelling, and peer-to-peer socialization, students will be immersed in the Chinese language. A native Chinese-speaking teacher will facilitate this play-and-exploration type of learning. Free play and snack time is included in every class. Innovative games and techniques will be used to introduce Chinese characters. Topics of animal habitat, insects, plant growth, food, the 5 senses, basketball basics, and Chinese culture will be woven into the spring session curriculum. 

The 2 hour sessions will be held Thursday afternoons for 10 weeks starting March 22nd. For further information, or to register, please email vicky@froghop.net. Registration will be accepted on a first come first serve basis, and space is limited.
