Important Annual Town Meeting Information

The Andover Annual Town Meeting will be held at 7 p.m. on May 4 and May 5 at the Collins Center for the Performing Arts Auditorium, Andover High School. If addtional nights are needed to complete town meeting business, then May 11 and May 12 are reserved.

The last day to register to vote for the Annual Town Meeting is Tuesday, April 14. The Town Clerk’s Office will be open for new registrations from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on that Tuesday.

Upon request, sign language interpreters, material on tape, and other auxiliary aides and services will be provided to ensure effective communications as specified in the Americans with Disabilities Act. Please contact the Town’s ADA Coordinator (978) 623-8530 at the Town Offices by Wednesday, April 15.

A shuttle bus will be available beginning at 6:15 p.m. to take voters to and from the parking lots to the Auditorium on the first two nights of the Town Meeting May 4. and may 5.

All Town Meeting attendees must be checked into the meeting in the entrance lobby of the auditorium. Voters must check in at their precinct table. Residents may visit the Town website at www.andoverma.gov and search for their precinct under the “E-Services” tab, then click “Precinct Search.” To avoid delays at check in, it is recommended that voters know their precinct before arriving at Town Meeting.
