Ray Bourque Charged With Drunk Driving After Andover Crash
Boston Bruins legend Ray Bourque was drunk when he rear-ended a minivan in Andover, police said.

Andover, MA — Boston Bruins legend Ray Bourque was charged with drunk driving after police said he rear-ended a minivan in Andover Friday night.
Bourque, 55, of Boxford, was also cited for following too closely.
No one was hurt in the crash, which happened at about 11:30 p.m. on Lowell Street in a construction zone, police said.

Bourque was driving a Mercedes-Benz GL450, according to police.
He was booked, released on bail, and scheduled for an arraignment in Lawrence District Court.

The defenseman played 21 years with the Bruins, from 1979-2000.
