ROUNDUP: Latest Snowfall Predictions for Andover

The second blizzard and fourth major snowstorm to hit Andover in three weeks will bring about a foot of snow, white-out conditions, dangerous wind chills and potential power outages.

Snow is expected to start on Saturday afternoon, intensify late Saturday night, become a blizzard early Sunday morning and end on Sunday afternoon.

The National Weather Service has issued both a Blizzard Warning and Wind Chill Warning and asked that people get off the roads by late Saturday afternoon.

Here are the latest inch-by-inch predictions for the region as of 9 a.m. Saturday:

• National Weather Service: 10-14 inches
• CBS Boston: 12-18 inches
• WCVB: 12 inches
• WHDH: 12-18 inches
• MyFoxBoston: 10-16 inches
