Street Opening Permits Delayed

Due to the severe winter and continued cold weather, Andover’s Department of Municipal Services has postponed the start date for the issuance of Street Opening Permits for all non-emergency work in town streets.

The date to start work has been tentatively postponed until Monday, April 6.

Contractors should be advised that a determination of conditions will be made on March 30, at which time it will be decided if this start date will need to be pushed back further to possibly April 13.
