ARLINGTON, MA — A new wellness and fitness studio has opened in Arlington Heights.
Juno recently opened in late May at Unit 101 on 1025 Massachusetts Ave. and marked the occasion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in partnership with the Arlington Chamber of Commerce. The business is located in the Majestic Mill development along Massachusetts Avenue.
The studio offers a variety of fitness and movement classes, including yoga, Pilates, strength training and mobility-focused sessions. Juno also hosts educational workshops and support programs focused on topics such as childbirth, fertility, parenting, pelvic health and menopause.
Founder Jesse Harris is a women's health nurse practitioner, doula and childbirth educator. According to the business, Juno was created because "women deserve real, in-person support through every major life transition," including pregnancy, parenting and menopause.
In addition to fitness classes and workshops, the business offers onsite childcare during select programs and events. According to Juno, babysitting services are available for children ages 3 months to 5 years while parents participate in classes.
The business describes its model as one that emphasizes in-person connection and ongoing support across different stages of life. "Your support doesn't end when a season ends," the company states on its website.
Juno's programming is geared toward women in a variety of life stages, including pregnancy, postpartum and menopause, as well as those seeking general fitness and wellness opportunities. The studio offers memberships, class packages and drop-in options.
The business is now open daily. Information about class schedules, memberships and upcoming events is available through Juno's website.
