• Women's Wellness Studio Opens In Arlington (patch.com) — A new women-focused wellness studio called Juno has opened in Arlington Heights, offering yoga, Pilates, strength training and mobility classes alongside educational workshops on childbirth, fertility, parenting and menopause. Founded by women’s health nurse practitioner and doula Jesse Harris, the studio emphasizes in-person support, onsite childcare for young children during select programs, and flexible membership or drop-in options for Arlington residents.
