Arlington Arrest Log: Municipal By-Law Violation

ARLINGTON, MA—Arlington police made one arrest over the weekend. The arrest can be found below.
June 4, 2:46 p.m.: Arlington Police arrested Nico P. Marrocco, 21, of Saugus on charges of a municipal by-law violation. Police reported to the Henderson Street bridge for reports of people throwing bottles off the bridge. Police located three males with an open 12 pack of beer, and all of the bottles were accounted for. Marrocco had stated that him and his friends were going to a friend's apartment to drink the beers. The men were sent on their way, advised to only consume the beer once they arrived at the apartment.
An officer proceeded to Broadway to make sure that the men followed instructions, and was flagged down by a man who stated he was struck by a man who was drinking a beer. The officer later saw Marrocco with an opened beer that was half full. Marrocco was placed under arrest.
