Arlington Ice Cream Shop Seized by State: Reports
The local ice cream and sandwich shop has closed for the third time in four years.

ARLINGTON, MA — An Arlington Heights ice cream shop has been seized for not paying taxes.
According to a tweet by Arlington Public News showing a picture of an orange sign on the door of Diggums Ice Cream and Sandwiches, the establishment was under the property of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Diggums is the former location of Brigham's Ice Cream.

According to a report from the Arlington Advocate, this is the third closure of the ice cream store in four years.
