Arlington Man Indicted For Rape, Strangulation, Animal Cruelty

An Arlington man was handed a Grand Jury Indictment for alleged crimes that included rape, strangulation and animal cruelty.

District Attorney Marian Ryan announced on Tuesday indictments that were handed down between March 7 and March 23, 2017. Only one of the cases happened in Arlington. These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Brandon Fraser, 30, of Arlington, was charged with rape, strangulation causing serious bodily injury, strangulation, assault and battery causing serious bodily injury, assault and battery (3 counts), stalking, animal cruelty, and threatening to commit a crime. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Kleimola.
