Arlington Man Pleads Guilty To Drug-related Conspiracy Charge

The man known as "Peazy" is reportedly part of a national drug-running gang.

ARLINGTON, MA — A resident pleaded guilty in Boston federal court to a drug charge, the United States District Attorney’s Office announced.

Jonathan Perry, 26, officially pleaded guilty to the charge of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances on Friday, March 6. According to the U.S. District Attorney's Office, Perry worked with a high-ranking member of the Four Corner Hustlers to conduct illegal drug activity. Keith Harlow, 39, is the codefendant who was first arrested in May of last year. Known by his street name “Lord Savage,” Harlow has been convicted of multiple prior armed robberies and, at the time of this arrest, was on parole following multiple concurrent state prison sentences. Text messages between Harlow and Perry were discovered through Harlow’s phone after his arrest. They reportedly included robberies and using firearms to shoot at various individuals. During a raid of Harlow’s residence, firearm receivers, suppressors, manufacturing supplies, and approximately 100 grams of cocaine were recovered.

Perry and Harlow were prohibited from possessing firearms due to numerous prior felony convictions, including Perry’s juvenile offender conviction of manslaughter.

Perry, also known as “Peazy” was not apprehended until last August. His charge provides for a maximum penalty of up to 20 years in prison followed by at least three years and up to life of supervised release as well as a fine of up to $1 million. He is scheduled to be sentenced by Judge Indira Talwani on Tuesday, June 2.

The Four Corner Hustlers is a local chapter of the Vice Lords gang. The Vice Lords were founded in Chicago in 1957 and has since grown to reportedly have more than 30,000 members throughout the country.
