Arlington Man Sentenced on Child Pornography Charges
The man was a previous sex offender, and was sentenced to 15 years in prison Monday.

ARLINGTON, MA—An Arlington man will spend the next 15 years behind bars after being convicted of maintaining a collection of 34,000 images and 13,000 videos of child pornography Monday.
A U.S. District Court Judge sentenced Derrick Jones, 45, of Arlington to 15 years in prison,10 years of supervised release and will be required to register as a sex offender upon release from prison, according to a Monday release. Jones used a file sharing program to trade and receive images and videos of children ranging in age from infants to minors under the age of 18.
Jones was previously convicted of two counts of child pornography possession in 2005. He was indicted for the receipt and possession of child pornography on June 18.
