Arlington Man Wins Second $1M Lottery Prize
For the second time in three years, it pays to be Steven Felsher.

ARLINGTON, MA — An Arlington man has won his second $1 million lottery prize in three years. Steven Felsher recently won the Massachusetts State Lottery's "$4,000,000 Payout" $10 instant game. He claimed his first $1 million prize in the "$10,000,000 Diamond Millionaire" $20 instant game on July 29, 2016.
As he did with his first prize, Felsher elected to receive a one-time payment of $650,000. Felsher, a statistician, says he plans to go on vacation with his family. He also wants to buy a new camera and new phones for him and his wife.
Both of his $1 million prize winning tickets were purchased at Broadway Market, 94 Broadway in Arlington. The store will once again receive a $10,000 bonus for the sale.
