Arlington Police Announce Recent Level 3 Sex Offender Registration Change
There has been a recent registration change involving a level 3 sex offender in Arlington.

ARLINGTON, MA — Arlington Police have announced a recent level 3 sex offender registration change in town.
William P. Kelliher, 59, has registered his primary and work address at 43 Warren St. in Arlington.
According to the Arlington Police Department, Kelliher was convicted in 1997 on charges of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age and rape.

The Level 3 designation is reserved for the most severe offenders, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board. These types of sex offenders pose a ”high risk” to reoffend. They are not wanted by police—and it’s illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.
