Krinsky has spent more than two decades advocating for LGBTQ+ older adults. According to Fenway Health, the LGBTQIA+ Aging Project works to improve the lives of LGBTQ+ seniors through advocacy, education, training and community-building initiatives. The organization says the program has trained more than 10,000 elder-service providers and staff in LGBTQIA+-affirming care and has helped organizations across Massachusetts develop more inclusive services for older adults.
In Arlington, Krinsky has been involved with local LGBTQ+ advocacy efforts through the Rainbow Commission and Rainbow Arlington, organizations focused on promoting inclusion, education and visibility for LGBTQ+ residents and families.
