Arlington Schools Closed Friday, Town Offices Open
Boston, Waltham and Arlington Catholic have canceled school for Friday. Snow day Number 2!
ARLINGTON, MA — For the second day in a row, Arlington students will not have school. It's going to be a long weekend for many young faces around town as Arlington Public Schools and Arlington Catholic High students.
By state law public schools add five snow days are added to the end of the year. Given the two snow days, the last day of school is now June 20, according to the Superintendent of Arlington Schools.
Administrative Offices and Robbins Libraries will be open normal business hours Friday, January 5. Trash collection will also resume Friday.
