ARLINGTON, MA — It's been an intense year inside and out of Arlington with everything from cyclist drama and confusion at the new traffic signal to questions of renovation and just when some elementary schools would reopen.
Meanwhile, on Patch, the most viewed story was the story about the man who tried to outrun a police officer while riding his bike on the Minuteman bikeway only to crash into another police officer. He was arrested. The charges were later dropped, but it was a talker.
