Arrival of Cronuts Delayed in Arlington

The Arlington Whole Foods expected to have its “croissant donuts” on sale Tuesday, Oct. 1, but they won’t be ready until the weekend, according to a recent Facebook post.

Cronuts have taken off since starting at the Dominique Ansel Bakery in New York City.

They’ll be available at most area Whole foods, except for some of the smaller ones, in lemon, raspberry and Boston cream, during the month of October.
