Bay Staters, Teens Bagged On Booze, Fireworks Charges In NH

HAMPTON, NH — Kyla Dube, 31, of Lawrence, MA, was charged at 8:24 p.m. on June 25, 2017, for open container at the state main beach at F Street and Ocean Boulevard.

Vanessa Gargan, 35, of Pittsfield, MA, and Christina M. Tremblay, 35, also of Pittsfield, MA, were arrested at 9:28 p.m. on June 24, 2017, for possession of controlled drugs after a traffic stop on Ashworth Avenue and Brown Avenue.

Xavier Aybar, 23, of Worcester, MA, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. on June 22, 2017, for driving under the influence. Marvin F. Bonilla, 25, of Worcester, MA, was also taken into protective custody. Police arrested Aybar after a report of a disorderly conduct incident on Brown Avenue.

Sergio C. Cruz, 20, of Clinton, MA, and Travis Ewen, 19, of Lunenberg, MA, both received a summons at 9:26 p.m. on June 21, 2017, for noise from a motor vehicle after a traffic stop on Ocean Boulevard.

Scott Rochette, 21, of Worcester, MA, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on June 25, 2017, for operating without a valid license and possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested after a traffic stop on Ashworth Avenue and F Street.

Carlos E. Alvarado, 34, of Milford, MA, was charged at 6:39 p.m. on June 25, 2017, with open container at the state main beach on A Street and Ocean Boulevard.

Andy Hernandez, 18, of Haverhill, MA, received a summons at 11:21 p.m. on June 23, 2017, for noise from a motor vehicle after a traffic stop on Ocean Boulevard.

Conor Whiting, 26, of Brighton, MA, was arrested at 11:53 p.m. on June 21, 2017, of disorderly conduct and protective custody. He was arrested after an alleged incident at the Dolphyn Motel on Ashworth Avenue.

Ryan Murray, 20, of Ipswich, MA, was arrested at 8:28 p.m. on June 21, 2017, for reckless operation and transporting alcohol beverages. Also charged was Donald E. Dunbar, 21, of Rowley, MA, for open container in a motor vehicle. They were charged after a traffic stop on Ocean Boulevard.

Matthew Rivers, 18, of West Wareham, MA, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. on June 20, 2017, for criminal trespass after an alleged incident at the Cascade Waterslide on D Street.

Erick Garcia, 25, of Waltham, MA, was charged with open container at 6:34 p.m. on June 25, 2017, for open container at the state main beach at H Street and Ocean Boulevard.

A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with theft at 4:51 p.m. on June 25, 2017. They were charged at Mrs. Mitchell’s Country Shoppe on Ocean Boulevard.

Stephanie Gonzalez, 21, of Fitchburg, MA, Izak Cordova, 21, of Worcester, MA, and Antonio J. Torres, 23, of Hartford, CT, were all charged at 7:57 p.m. on June 24, 2017, with open container at the state main beach on L Street.

Douglas G. Arnold, 30, of Barre, MA, and Michael Keenan, 29, of Hawthorne, FL, were charged at 5:06 a.m. on June 24, 2017, for open container after an alleged incident at the Regal Inn on Ashworth Avenue.

Hector M. Madera, 24, of Millbury, MA, was arrested at 10:53 p.m. on June 21, 2017, for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest or detention, and protective custody. He was arrested after a report of a theft incident at B Street and Ocean Boulevard.

Ryan Peek, 26, of Methuen, MA, was arrested at 12:48 a.m. on June 20, 2017, on two counts of driving under the influence. Also taken into protective custody was Alexander B. MacDonald, 28, of Malden, MA, after a traffic stop on Ashworth Avenue and Duston Avenue.

Ionnais K. Logakis, 27, of Wareham, MA, received a summons at 1:21 a.m. on June 25, 2017, for display of fireworks at the state main beach on K Street.

Taylah M. Bernard, 20, of Dracut, MA, was arrested at 12:08 a.m. on June 25, 2017, for transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor and littering. Also arrested was Christina O’Brien, 20, of Lowell, MA, for unlawful possession of alcohol. They were arrested after a report of a disorderly conduct incident in the parking lot of the Casino Ballroom on Ocean Boulevard.

John A. Ortega, 27, of Amesbury, MA, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. on June 25, 2017 for disorderly conduct. He was arrested at Bernie’s Beach Bar on Ocean Boulevard.

William F. Acosta, 33, of Haverhill, MA, received a summons at 12:41 a.m. on June 24, 2017, for noise from a motor vehicle after a traffic stop on C Street.

Amanda Coolidge, 18, of Arlington, MA, was arrested at 1:29 p.m. on June 23, 2017, for unlawful possession of alcohol. Also charged were a 15-year-old for protective custody, two 17-year-olds were charged with unlawful possession of alcohol, a 15-year-old and a 17-year-old for unlawful possession of alcohol, possession of controlled drug, and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were arrested at the state lifeguard post on Ocean Boulevard.

Amanda Zanis, 36, of Billerica, MA, was arrested at 2:04 p.m. on June 21, 2017, on a bench warrant after a traffic stop on Ocean Boulevard.
