Capitol Theatre’s Outdoor Seating Permit Extension on Selectmen’s Agenda

A quick look at what to expect tonight.

Capitol Theatre’s owner, Richard Fraiman, will ask the Board of Selectmen to extend his outdoor furniture permit tonight, according to the agenda.

It appears the seating in question is actually in front of the Capitol Creamery on Lake Street.

Also on the agenda, selectmen will be asked to approve the “15th Annual Feast of the East” in East Arlington, scheduled for Saturday, June 15, and the town’s “Summer Concert Series,” which is being proposed by the Arlington Chamber of Commerce and goes from June 19-Aug. 21.
