UPDATE: Citizens Bank Systems Back Up

A Citizens Bank employee in Arlington said a computer system outage that left several bank services down this morning has been resolved. 

The Arlington employee, who was fielding customer questions over the phone, said the glitch was fixed a bit before 12:30 p.m.

Despite the down time, customers could still take money out of ATMs, but they were unable to see their balance. Tellers also could not look at customer profiles. Online banking was down as well.

All services should be back up, according to the Arlington employee.
