Cook with Tryst's Paul Turano this Tuesday

Turano wants to take you out to dinner this week, except you will be the one cooking.

executive chef Paul Turano will take you out to dinner this week, but you will be the one cooking.

On Tuesday, Turano hosts a cooking class at the Boston Center for Adult Education. The chef said two of the planned items come from Tryst’s menu—a beet salad and a roasted duck. He will also cook and teach a home-made cannoli with a bit of cocoa on the dough.

“It’s a little bit of special dinner at home,” said Turano, who owns Tryst.
