Meth Bust in Arlington

Educate your children! How do we stop this in the community?

As a parent of a 20 year old son, and a 14 year old daughter.
I am MORE than glad APD got this stuff off the streets.
Don’t get me wrong, NO DRUGS are good.

But METH?

Please refer to the pictures above that SHOW the affects of Methamphetamine.

It DESTROYS you inside out. We clearly don’t want ANY drugs in this town. But we ESPECIALLY don’t want METH!
This stuff is man made, with POISON in it! They are cooking this concoction of death, at a home near YOU!

An explosion could cause grave danger, not only to these morons making it. But the next door neighbors, and surrounding homes. Not to mention, exposure to toxic fumes...

We DO NOT need this stuff circulating in the community.
If kids can get there hands on THC Juul’s, don’t think for ONE SECOND they cannot get there hands on the hard stuff!

Please parents, educate your children on the dangers of drugs.

The LAST thing I would want for ANY parents to go through, is to have their child grow up to be an addict.

In closing, here is a short story about my son.

I had an appointment at BU Dental this summer. My 20 year old son came with me. As we were coming off 93, we had to pass through methadone mile.

At a red light my son saw a man, injecting on the side of the road.
This was the FIRST time my son EVER saw that. He was shocked to say the least” He then asked me, “How come they don’t get arrested?” I replied “They police would be there all day, if that was the case. These people need to help themselves, or experience incarceration, death, or both.”
I then told him, “The EMS system is clogged because of the OD’s that are called in daily. Some of these addicts get narcaned three times in ONE day!”

I then told my son...

“Just remember that person was once just like you.
He just made bad friends, bad choices, and this is the result.”

I then said...

“Pick your friends wisely.”

Please pass the same advice onto your children.
