New Level 3 Sex Offender Registration in Arlington

ARLINGTON, MA — Arlington Police have announced a new level 3 sex offender registration in town.

Francis Dicecca has registered a working address at 19 Prentiss Road in Arlington. His living address is 260 Lawrence Road in Medford.

Dicecca was convicted of assault with intent to commit rape, indecent assault and battery on a person over 14 and rape in June of 1994. He was also convicted of rape in November of 1995.
