Rape, Bank Robbery Among Arlington Grand Jury Indictments
Four cases with ties to Arlington were announced in the latest round of Middlesex County indictments.

ARLINGTON, MA – Four cases with ties to Arlington are among the latest round of indictments in Middlesex County. District Attorney Marian Ryan on Thursday announced indictments handed down between Nov. 29 and Jan. 10.
All four cases involve residents of other communities who are accused of crimes in Arlington:
Michael Allen, 34, of Billerica, was charged with rape (6 counts), assault and battery on a disabled person, caretaker neglect, reckless endangerment of a child, and furnishing alcohol to a minor (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Heidi Gosule.

William Baro, 42, of Billerica, was charged with unarmed robbery (2 counts) and being a habitual criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is Raquel Frisardi.
Susan Burgess, 43, of Groton, was charged with unarmed robbery (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Raquel Frisardi.

Keith Harlow, 32, of Clinton, was charged with unarmed robbery (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Raquel Frisardi.
