I just recently moved from Revere back to Arlington, and unbeknownst to me Arlington is overly obsessed with recycling....
I can not believe that JRM had the nerve to make a decision to not pick up our trash due to us not putting out the EMPTY blue recycling bin.....Why would anyone put an empty bin out if there was nothing to be recycled that week.
We called DPW to explain the situation if they can please come back to pick up the trash his response “That’s Not Gonna Happen”!!!! Are you kidding me?

If recycling is that important to this town they need to inform new residents that JRM will not pick up residents trash unless ALL bins are put out including empty bins or at least send the truck back to pick up the residents trash!!
It’s extremely sad to see how much this town has changed....We we’re told don’t be alarmed by all the yuppies that have taken over!
