I was extremely surprised when I walked into my neighborhood Dunkin Donuts the other day after being on vacation. This Dunkin Donuts used to be a warm, friendly atmosphere where my grandfather used to come in every night to meet his friends and show off his antique car. When I walked in I asked the employee behind the counter what happened to one of my favorite employees, I haven’t seen her for a few weeks, and she was there for years. She was actually well known for her Mother’s dance studio here in Arlington. When I heard what had happened to her I couldn’t believe what I was hearing.... New management comes in and terminated long time employees whom brought them an abundance of business due to There great personalities and service. I heard horrible things about this new district manager. Unfortunately It does not have that warm friendly atmosphere as it once had, They lost so many customers including my grandfather and a bunch of his friends that will never step foot in there again!!!!
