Town Of Arlington: APD Responded To Crash, Urges Drivers To Use Caution

On Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 16:14 hours officers responded to Highland Ave at Wildwood Ave to investigate a motor vehicle crash.

One of the motor vehicles was struck, which caused it to crash into the front porch of a two family house.

Neither operator reported injuries.

This crash is directly related to a failure to stop at a stop sign.

This is a reminder to please use caution when operating your motor vehicles. School is back in session, increasing pedestrian traffic.

This could have been a lot worse and we are thankful that everyone is okay.

Here are some driving safety tips for motor vehicle operators, pedestrians and cyclists:

-Obey all traffic lights and laws

-Be alert at all times.

-Please use extra caution around school zones and bus stops.

-Be aware of increased pedestrian, cyclists and bus traffic.
