Town Issues Parking Ban Update

According to a statement from officials regarding the Arlington parking ban, while snow removal efforts continue, the ban has been lifted on certain streets.

These include:

• Mass. Ave. and Broadway
• Park Ave. (from Mass. Ave. to Rte. 2)
• Mystic St., (Summer to Chestnut)
• Chestnut St. (Mystic St. to Warren St.)
• Medford St. (Mass. to Chestnut)
• Warren St. (to Alton St.)
• Pleasant St. (Mass. Ave. to Wellington St.)

The town reminds residents that the ban remains in place for all other streets, unless noted otherwise. Parked cars interfering with the minimum 10-feet-wide lane necessary for traffic to pass on any given road, including the unbanned streets, will be ticketed and towed.
