T's Taco Bar: The Anatomy of a Taco!

Tryst Restaurant Launches New Taco Menu

Beginning November 1st, 2015, Tryst located in Arlington will begin their all new “T’s Taco Bar” every Sunday through Wednesday from 5:00PM – 10:00PM which will allow guest to choose 3 tacos for $10 from their delicious and unusual menu. While everyone’s seen items like chicken, pork and veggie, Chef Turano and his team take it up a notch. With items like the Pork Al Pastor with charred pineapple, cotija & lime, Short Rib Barbacoa with Cotija cheese, salsa verde & roasted garlic and Buffalo Cauliflower with celery hearts, bleu cheese, avocado, T’s tacos are anything but traditional.

Every few months Chef/Owner Paul Turano plays around with his concept. From his popular AFC, “Arlington Fried Chicken” to T’s BBQ joint and T’s Clam Shack, each concept represents a fun trend in dining that Chef Turano and his team wants to experiment with. “We like to take everyday items and play with them at the restaurant. Sometimes I think you need to pay homage to where a dish comes from, but sometimes you simply need to use the concept as a vehicle to push the concept further,” said Turano.

T’s Taco Bar will be available now through winter 2016 for both dine-in and take-out. For more information please visitwww.trystrestaurant.com.
