Volunteer to cleanup the Arlington Reservoir & Mystic River
Help remove an invasive weed - water chestnut - with the Mystic River Watershed Association this summer!
Have some fun in the sun all while giving back to your community!
Volunteers are needed to hand-pull water chestnut, an invasive plant, from canoes and to assist on land. Canoes, paddles, life jackets, gloves and all other supplies are provided for this family-friendly event.
Community Water Chestnut Removal Events are scheduled for Saturday June 18th, July 16th and July 30th.
Space is limited - please sign-up for the June 18th event today! Registration for the July events will open in June.
