Water Main Leak Closes Both Lanes of Lake Street : UPDATED
Police say to avoid the area and to expect delays.
ARLINGTON, MA — The Arlington Police Department is reporting a water main leak on Lake Street under the Rte. 2 bridge.
Police say that Lake Street southbound in the area of Rte. 2 was closed due to the leak. At 11:11 a.m., police announced that both lanes of the road were closed.
Motorists and pedestrians are asked to avoid the area. Repairs will be ongoing.
