On this week’s show of The Chefs’ Table Series, Sous Chef Jose DePina of Waterfords Restaurant & Pub visits The Chefs’ Table Series kitchen studio to show how to make the restaurant’s signature dish Shepherd’s Pie. Though there are many ingredients to this comfort meal, once assembled and baked, this hearty, delicious dish can be enjoyed by your family.

What’s unique about this wine is that is was blended by Steve Reeder, a veteran wine maker and professional musician Dave Matthews! These man share a passion for making and drinking wine, and this is exemplified with their wine called Crush. Crush features a lot of red and blue fruits, which offers a nicely balanced smooth and rich taste, that complements the ingredients in the Shepherd’s Pie dish.
