Whole Foods Market Arlington’s annual Parm Crack event next Saturday, March 7th from 11-2 will have a special twist this year. The store’s Specialty team will crack an 85lb wheel of parmesan on the floor for customers to enjoy. Following the 11am parm crack will be a cooking class hosted by celebrity chef Joe Gatto, host of the cooking show From Scratch. Chef Gatto will prepare handmade pasta from scratch, topped with freshly cracked parmesan. “They’re cracking a whole wheel of parmesan, it doesn’t get yummier than that. This is going to be a blast!” said Chef Joe Gatto.
