An armed robbery, car chase and more.

The following incidents, accidents and arrests took place in the town of Barnstable.  All information was taken from the log, includes all arrests and all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  

Tuesday, February 8

4:17 a.m. - Police responded to a unwanted harassment call at 14 Terry Ct., Hyannis and arrested Tracey Lynn DaSilva of 166 Chuckles Way, Marstons Mills on a warrant.

5:54 a.m. - An assault and battery was reported at 102 Quaker Rd., Hyannis. 

7:11 a.m. - Police responded to an intoxicated person disturbance at Cape Cod Hospital and arrested Carrie Guenard of 77 Winter St., Hyannis on multiple warrants.

9:43 a.m. - An assault was reported at Cape Cod Hospital.

10:18 a.m. - An armed robbery was reported at TD Bank at 266 Falmouth Rd., Hyannis. Police arrested Michael Hammond of 1000 Andrew Mountain Rd., Naugtuck, CT for armed robbery, failure to stop for an officer, reckless endangerment and two charges of running a red light. Read the whole story .

12:20 p.m. - A shoplifting larceny was reported at BJ's Wholesale Club.

12:09 p.m. - A fire at Stop&Shop in Marstons Mills was reported.

1:52 p.m. - A residential breaking and entering was reported at 71 Main St., Apt. 10, Hyannis. 

2:37 p.m. - Vandalism was reported at the NOAH Shelter. 

2:45 p.m. - Harassment was reported at 92 County Seat Rd., Hyannis.

2:55 p.m. - Police provided medical assistance to Hyannis Youth and Community Center.

3:29 p.m. - Fraud/forgery was reported at 257 Stevens St., Apt. A, Hyannis. 

5:27 p.m. - A fight disturbance was reported at 979 Falmouth Rd., Apt. D9, Hyannis.

5:37 p.m. - A larceny was reported at Kmart.

5:55 p.m. - Suspicious activity was reported at Yacht Club 178 Indian Trail.

5:57 p.m. - Police provided medical assistance to the hospital at Budget Host Inn Hyannis Motel. 

5:58 p.m. - Police put Valerie Gould of 171A Sea St., Hyannis in protective custody at Cape Cod Hospital. 

6:03 p.m. - Suspicious activity was reported at Yacht Club 178 Indian Trail. 

6:38 p.m. - A disturbance was reported at 72 Lake Rd., Cotuit.

No Time Available - Larceny was reported at Cape Cod Mall/T Mobile.

8:00 p.m. - A suspicious person was reported at 7-Eleven at 2946 Falmouth Rd., Marstons Mills. 

9:32 p.m. - Police arrested Phillip Depasquale of Hyannis for failure to stop for a police officer, leaving the scene of an accident after damage, operating to endanger, two counts of breaking and entering of a motor vehicle night felony, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, buying or receiving stolen property, possession of burglars tools, two counts of larceny of property more than $250, breaking and entering of a motor vehicle day felony and two outstanding warrants for credit card fraud and kidnapping.
