Restoration Project has moved to Belmont and is opening a thrift store

Restoration Project, a nonprofit vocational program, is opening a thrift store at 334 Pleasant Street in Belmont. Check us out on Facebook.

Restoration Project, a vocational program serving individuals with emotional disorders and brain injuries, including special education high school students and veterans with PTSD and TBI, has moved from West Concord to Belmont to be accessible to more of the individuals we serve in the Boston area. Our new address is 334 Pleasant Street, on the corner of Brighton Street and Pleasant Street.

We are opening a thrift store, which will help support our program and provide training in retailing for our participants. Members of the community are an important part of Restoration Project. Your presence gives our participants a connection to the community that breaks down the barriers of stigma, helps develop social skills and facilitates reintegration.

Volunteers of all ages are needed to work in the store, receiving and processing donations and displaying and selling merchandise. Your donations of saleable clothing, fashion accessories, furniture and household goods for our store would be greatly appreciated.
