Life After Work: Men’s Experiences Adjusting to Retirement

Hi everyone,

I still have some slots open for my IRB-approved research study focused on how men adjust to retirement, and I’m looking to connect with men who are retired.

The goal of this study is to better understand the personal and emotional aspects of this transition—particularly changes in identity, purpose, and day-to-day life that can come with leaving a long-held career.

Participation involves a confidential one-on-one interview conducted remotely. Your perspective could help bring greater awareness to this experience and support others navigating similar transitions.
