Morningside Music Bridge Celebrates 30th Anniversary Summer Season at New England Conservatory

Barrier-free global music program welcomes exceptional young artists from around the world for a month of fully-funded intensive study

Morningside Music Bridge (MMB), the internationally renowned, fully-funded summer program for exceptional young musicians celebrates its 30th anniversary season July 12–August 7, 2026, in residence at the New England Conservatory.

Founded in Calgary, Canada, in 1997, Morningside Music Bridge has supported more than 1,000 of the world’s most promising young violinists, violists, cellists, pianists, composers, filmmakers, and creative artists ages 12-18. Now based in Boston in partnership with New England Conservatory, the program continues its mission of expanding access to world-class artistic training through a fully funded, barrier-free model.

Each summer, approximately 65 students from more than 30 countries are selected for an intensive month of private lessons, masterclasses, chamber music coaching, and public performances led by internationally acclaimed faculty and guest artists. Participants perform in more than 25 public concerts throughout the season while building lifelong artistic and cultural connections.
