On August 13, 2026 at Mirbeau Inn & Spa Dr. Christopher Herbert, Managing Director of the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies, Tim Love FAIA, founding principal of Utile and Senior Fellow in Real Estate at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, Kim Driscoll, Lieutenant Governor of Massachusetts and Tony Green, Managing Partner, Pinehills LLC participated in a panel discussion focusing on the crucial issue of reshaping housing in Massachusetts. This evening of “Dinner and Conversation,” was held at Mirbeau Inn & Spa. The conversation focused on the diverse forces impacting housing across Massachusetts, from zoning to building codes to construction costs and materials to infrastructure and affordability.
