The winning numbers for Saturday night's Powerball are now available after being drawn at 11 p.m. tonight. The jackpot is worth $356 million, with a cash payout of $224 million. The winning numbers are 20-24-26-35-49 with a Powerball of 19. Check your tickets now!
Saturday night's jackpot is the 14th largest in Powerball's history. The jackpot has been building since July 10. It comes just 24 hours after a massive Mega Millions drawing. The winning Mega Millions numbers Friday night were 23-33-53-56-58 with a Mega Ball number of 6. The jackpot for that was $393 million. The estimated cash payout was $246.5 million.
The winning ticket for Mega Millions was reportedly sold in Palos Heights, Illinois. If you didn't happen to buy that one and win Friday, you didn't have to wait long for another shot. A sizable Powerball jackpot was drawn Saturday night.

The jackpots have been building for months — the two games have gone a combined 34 straight drawings without a jackpot winner. An Indiana Powerball player won the last big jackpot in February at $435 million, and the biggest Mega Millions win in recent history was a $536 million winner in July 2016. In January, there were three winners for a record-breaking $1.6 billion Powerball payout.
Your odds of winning Mega Millions are slightly better than Powerball, at one in 259 million compared with one in 292 million. Powerball tickets are $2 a pop, and Mega Millions sell for $1.

If you do win, you probably won't get the full payout, since the prize could be split among more than one jackpot winner. Winners can (and typically do) choose to take the smaller one-time lump-sum payment versus annuity payments spread out over nearly three decades.
Both games are played in 44 states, excluding Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Mississippi, Nevada and Utah. The Mega Millions drawing is at 11 p.m. Eastern on Friday; Powerball is at 11 p.m. Saturday.
