1:09 p.m. - John Lydon, 33, was arrested on Hayward Street and charged with operating under the influence of liquor (third offense) and impeded operation.

4:41 p.m. - Daequan Ruffin, 21, was arrested on Washington Street and charged with operating with a revoked license and a red light violation.

March 16

12:12 p.m. - Jonathan Carter, 54, was arrested on Grossman Drive and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise (third offense).

March 17

2:12 a.m. - Nicholas Bard, 25, was arrested on Union Street and charged with attempting to commit a crime, trespassing, possession of a Class A substance (subsequent offense), possession of a Class B substance, assault with a dangerous weapon, and disguise to obstruct justice. Bard also had two active warrants.

March 18

5:36 p.m. - Brandon Jamieson, 31, was arrested on Washington Street and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise. He was also arrested on two warrants.
