Boston Police Patrolmen's Association Endorse State Senate Candidate Les Gousle

The Boston Police Patrolmen’s Association (BPPA) is proud to endorse Les Gosule for state Senator in the Norfolk Plymouth district.

For 13 years following the murder of his daughter, Melissa Gosule, by a 27-time habitual criminal, Les Gosule fought for passage of Melissa’s Law which restricts the release of repeat, violent offenders. BPPA is proud to have been part of the statewide coalition of law enforcement and victim advocates which helped achieve passage of the law.

Les Gosule has earned the support of citizens everywhere for making the streets safer.

Les Gosule also supports increasing local aid so cities and towns can hire more police, firefighters, and teachers, and provide them with the equipment they need.

Les has said, “A top priority of government is to protect the public safety. We need to increase local aid, adequately fund law enforcement, demand judicial accountability, and hold criminals personally accountable for their actions.“

Les Gosule will be a good friend of law enforcement in the state Senate, and BPPA is proud to support him.
