Braintree Firefighters Respond to Garage Fire

BRAINTREE, MA — Firefighters in Braintree responded to a blaze during the overnight hours early Friday.

At about 1 a.m., a fire on Washington Street was reported. Original reports said the fire was in a two-story commercial building, but firefighters at the scene found the blaze at a garage, according to WATD.

Firefighters were able to knock down the blaze with no reports of injuries. The cause is under investigation.
