3:52 p.m. - Gruchy Thoby, 21, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

4:03 p.m. - Crystal Callahan, 32, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with larceny over $250, receiving stolen property over $250, possession of a theft detector deactivation device, and possession of a Class A substance (subsequent offense).

11:38 p.m. - Cody James, 22, was arrested on Independence Avenue and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, leaving the scene of property damage, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, and drinking alcohol from an open container inside a motor vehicle.

1:37 a.m. - Michael Edmister, 31, was arrested on Brookside Road and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and disorderly conduct.

3:10 p.m. - Susan Donovan, 31, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with larceny over $250.

12:50 a.m. - A 49-year-old woman on Union Street was taken into protective custody.

9:55 p.m. - Gregory Deangelis, 32, was arrested on Calvin Street and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and drinking alcohol from an open container inside a vehicle.

11:11 p.m. - Nelson Torres, 23, was arrested on Union Street and charged with driving without an inspection sticker, operating with a suspended license, and possession of a false or stolen RMV document.
