1:12 a.m. - Christopher Taylor, 37, was arrested on Possession of Class A and B substances.

4:22 p.m. - Police made three arrests on Granite Street. Hellena Best, 21 and Devin Williams, 22, were charged with receiving stolen property over $250 and James Byson, 55, was charged with larceny over $250 and trespassing.
7:05 p.m. - Brendan Clark, 23, was arrested on Granite Street on a warrant.

February 19
2:31 a.m. - Matthew Lynch, 26, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and vandalism with a noxious/filthy substance.
8:22 p.m. - Edward Mitchell, 43, was arrested and charged with open and gross lewdness, resisting arrest, and threats to commit a crime.
